Ingredients
2 lbs of chicken breast
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 tbsp. of fresh, grated ginger
1 medium, minced onion
2 tbsp of lemon juice
3 tbsp of ground cumin
3 tbsp of garam masala
1 tbsp of salt
3.5 oz of natural yogurt
3 tbsp of minced coriander

Method
Dice the chicken small. Soak the brochettes. Process the onion, ginger, lemon juice and spices.
Add the salt and yogurt and mix it well. Insert the chicken pieces in the brochettes; place them in an oven dish, spray them with the mix of spices and place them in the fridge for 5 hours.
Roast the brochettes in the grill.

Add the lemon pieces and water in simmering water and cook it until the mixture has been reduced by half. Use cheesecloth to strain out the lemon pieces and cool down the liquid. After cooling the liquid put it in a clean spray bottle which can be kept for a week in a fridge and will leave your hair fresh and lemony.

Basic Lip Balm: First of all put four ounce of sweet almond in glass measuring cup, add 1/2 ounce beeswax beads, 1 teaspoon jojoba coloured beads and melt them in microwave. Stir with spoon and after cooling add, two table spoons of essential oil. Now pour the solution in lip palm jar and your perfect lip gloss is ready. This beauty product makes your lips soft and smooth.

Homemade Shampoo: This beauty product requires one ounce olive oil, an egg, one tablespoon lemon juice and one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. Put them all in a blender and use the mixture regularly.
